Possibly three of the units are duplexes, and #4 is the largest, with ten rooms- 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and a private 3-car garage, asking $4,500,000. HOA dues of $1212 a month. Three fireplaces. There's an elevator from the garage to both floors. No doorman, no bay view, no outdoor space, but high ceilings and huge rooms plus a very sweet curving staircase with a window make this feel like a private house. Two bedrooms on the main floor and two on the second breaks things up nicely, and upstairs there's a second living room. So yes, huge.

On the market since last Friday, #4 last sold in 2005 for $4,350,000.
