11th Annual CACM Winter Wonderland Trade Show & Law Seminar - A Recap

The 11th Annual CACM Winter Wonderland Trade Show and Law Seminar was held on February 4 & 5 at the Oakland Marriott Center. Here's a recap from attendee Edward Warren, who is currently working toward his CACM certification. 

The CACM Winter Wonderland Trade Show and Law Seminar was a true eye opener. Being new to the CID industry, I was surprised to learn of its expansiveness. It was amazing to learn how such a wide range of professionals have come to together to form such an exciting and innovative industry.

During this informative two days, I was introduced to pertinent legislation that has enhanced my understanding of how policies affect the Property Manager. In addition, I was navigated through the insurance claim process, from reporting to litigation, acquiring an understanding that would have been more difficult to grasp from just reading the literature.

I found especially valuable, my opportunity to interact with co-workers, other colleagues in the industry, as well as vendors. I appreciate this opportunity, as I am convinced that the productive interaction as well as the knowledge gained will be extremely beneficial to my future success here at Citiscape.
