"I've lived in this building since it opened in 2007.  While really personable, our previous management firm did not have it together.  So, we hired CitiScape earlier this year.  Wow, what a difference!  The front  desk staff/concierge is efficient and helpful, the new security team is personable and willing to lend a hand, and the management team is responsive and has been exceedingly responsive in tackling the tough issues that their predecessors could not.  This building is filled with a very demanding association and I think CitiScape has proven they are up to the task and can get the job done!    If you are looking for a management firm for your apartment or condo building definitely give CitiScape a look!"
