Field of Dreams 2010 benefits Juma Ventures, an innovative youth development program working to end the cycle of poverty by ensuring that young people complete a four year college education. Juma's program integrates employment, college preparation and financial education to empower low-income youth to gain admission to and graduate from a four-year college.
